Jennifer McGuigan Babcock Promoted to Senior Vice President for Medicaid Policy

JENNIFER MCGUIGAN BABCOCK PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR MEDICAID POLICY
WASHINGTON—The Association for Community Affiliated Plans today announced that Jennifer McGuigan Babcock has been promoted to Senior Vice President for Medicaid Policy.
Ms. Babcock has been a member of the ACAP team for 13 years, serving previously as Vice President for Exchanges and as Vice President for Medicaid Policy and Director of Strategic Operations.
“Jenny is a fierce advocate for ACAP’s mission–accessible, affordable, high-quality care for everyone, regardless of income,” said ACAP CEO Margaret A. Murray. “She has established herself as a leader in the Medicaid and CHIP policy arena. ACAP strives to be a trusted voice for Medicaid. Jenny’s guidance makes that goal possible. We are thrilled to announce her promotion.”
In addition to her leadership at ACAP, Ms. Babcock has advanced Medicaid and CHIP Policy at the Department of Health and Human Services, in the Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (now CCIIO) and the Office of Health Policy for the Assistant Secretary of Planning and Evaluation. She has also worked with CHIP at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
