About the ACAP Health Equity Learning Collaborative
In partnership with the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), ACAP has launched a learning collaborative for Safety Net Health Plans interested in advancing health equity for their members by identifying and reducing health disparities. Participating plans will develop or strengthen a health equity strategic plan based on local assets, context, and needs. They will also enhance responsiveness to community and member needs, as well as to state agency priorities.
From July 2022 to June 2024, fifteen ACAP member plans will participate in learning collaborative activities including an in-person kick-off meeting, virtual group learning opportunities, and one-on-one technical assistance. The list of plans selected are listed below:
