ACAP Comments on 2024 QRS Call Letter
On March 28, ACAP submitted its comment letter to CMS Administrator, Chiquita Brooks-LaSure on the Draft 2024 Call Letter for the Quality Rating System (QRS) and Qualified Health Plan (QHP) Enrollee Experience Survey.
In the letter, ACAP respectfully submitted comments on the following for consideration:
- Stratified Race and Ethnicity Data
- New Measures
- Expanding ECDS Reporting
- QHP Enrollee Survey Changes
