ACAP Comments on Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for CY 2026 Medicare Advantage (MA) Capitation Rates & Part C/D Payment Policies

On February 10, ACAP submitted its comments to Acting CMS Administrator Carlton on the Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for Calendar Year (CY) 2026 for Medicare Advantage (MA) Capitation Rates and Part C and Part D Payment Policies.

The letter thanks Carlton for her leadership in improving the Medicare program for dually eligible beneficiaries and for advancing Medicare and Medicaid integration for these individuals.
