On December 17, ACAP submitted comments on NCQA Proposed Changes to Health Plan Ratings 2025 and 2026.

For 2025, the letter shares support for:

• The removal of Medical Assistance with Smoking and Tobacco Use Cessation (MCS);
• Pharmacotherapy for Opioid Use Disorder (POD) for 2025; and
• support with modification or concern for Discharge from a Skilled Nursing Facility (HFS).

For 2026, the letter shares support with modification or concern for:

• Revisions to Childhood Immunization Status (CIS) to CIS-E;
• Immunizations for Adolescents (IMA) to IMA-E; and
• Cervical Cancer Screening (CCS) to CCS-E.
