  • Proposed Addition – Follow-up After Acute Care Visits for Asthma (AAF-E)
  • Proposed Revision – Social Needs Screening and Intervention (SNS-E)
  • Proposed Revision – Lead Screening in Children (LSC)
  • Proposed Revision – Follow-up After High-Intensity Care for Substance Use Disorder (FUI)
  • Proposed Revision – Statin Therapy for Patients with Cardiovascular Disease (SPC)
  • Proposed Revision – Statin Therapy for Patients with Diabetes (SPD)
  • Cross-Cutting Item – Alignment with Updated Federal Standards for Race and Ethnicity

No support for:

  • Proposed Addition – Disability Description of Membership (DDM)
  • Proposed Revision – Adult Immunization Status (AIS-E)
