Partnership for Medicaid Letter on Concurrent Budget Resolution

On April 3, ACAP joined the Partnership for Medicaid Coalition in a letter urging Congress to vote “no” on the concurrent budget resolution.

The letter warns that the resolution includes at least $880 billion in cuts to the Energy and Commerce Committee, which would significantly harm Medicaid. These cuts would threaten coverage, access to care, and the health care workforce across the country.

The Partnership for Medicaid stands ready to work with Congress on sustainable solutions to strengthen Medicaid and protect access to care for those who need it most.
