About Kbrax’s SDOH Services: 

Angel, our patient engagement conversational AI, continually validates essential social information (such as marital status, job, family setting, and preferred language) while providing personalized recommendations based on patients’ immediate concerns. Additionally, based on the configurations requested by organizations, Angel allows patients to request transportation, child care services, food, or other SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) needs through the MindPure mobile app. All requests are received in real time and are made available to navigators and social advocacy groups to coordinate these services as necessary. The CareCompanion AI engine also tracks these requests and alerts navigators in case of any failures to provide services or other arising issues.
